1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer.

If any significant delay occurs, you’ll be notified via email.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

 

2. Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Estimates

All shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout. We provide Standard Shipping via Tradelle, categorized by regions:

 

Zone A – Fast & Low Cost

Rate: $5.00

Estimated Delivery: 5–9 business days

Countries: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.

 

Zone B – Moderate

Rate: $6.50

Estimated Delivery: 8–14 business days

Countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Chile, Czechia, Estonia, France, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Romania, Switzerland, Thailand, Türkiye.

 

Zone C – Higher

Rate: $8.00

Estimated Delivery: 12–18 business days

Countries: Albania, Armenia, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Moldova, Nepal, Nigeria, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Slovenia, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan.

 

Zone D – Slow / Expensive

Rate: $10.00

Estimated Delivery: 18–25 business days

Countries: Algeria, Botswana, Egypt, Georgia, Ghana, India, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malta, Montenegro, Morocco, Peru, Serbia, Tunisia, Zimbabwe.

Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays and may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after dispatch to appear in the system.

 

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country. Mavigad is not liable for additional charges incurred after shipment.

If an order is returned due to unpaid customs, we will refund the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

 

5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping will require an additional shipping fee.

 

6. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete:

We’ll process a replacement or refund promptly once verified.

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll resend the order at no extra cost.
